Carrot Surprise

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of carrot juice
1 handful of green lettuce

PREPARATION:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve immediately.

Green Banana Shake

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup rice milk
1 Organic Banana
1 handful of green lettuce

PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Olive Oil Toast

INGREDIENTS:

A tablespoon of Extra virgin olive oil
A tiny pinch of Salt
Black pepper, coarse grinded to taste
Slices of Wholemeal or Multigrain bread


PREPARATION:

1.Put some olive oil into a small bowl.
2.Add a tiny pinch of salt and some black pepper to the oil. Stir well.
3.Toast the slices of bread until they are slightly brown.
4.Spoon some of the flavoured oil over the toast just before eating. You may want to rub a piece of cut garlic (with skin on), or tomato across the toast prior spooning the flavoured oil over the toast.
