We all could use some extra.
It helps us get things done – and frankly, it helps us have a successful life.
So what are the 4 Keys to more Energy?
1. Make time to pray, meditate, do deep breathing exercises or journal. Write your goals for the day. Having even a few moments of silence in the morning will help boost your energy. I know this may sound surprising – but it works!
2. Eat lots of greens and drink water. Remember the question is always – what do I want to eat with my greens? That’s your headspace. Lentils? Chicken? Fish? Whatever you eat – greens are your base. And water is the main fluid throughout the day. Bonus: Start your day with a glass of water on rising to really start your day right.
3. Exercise. Moving produces energy. 30 minutes 5 days a week is your goal. Can’t do 30 minutes? Can’t do 5 days a week? Do whatever you can. And living in Canada – make sure you have an indoor and outdoor workout ready to go. Remember – you sleep every day. You must move every day. Period.
4. Keeping your spine in alignment gives you energy. Chiropractic will help with your posture, balance your body and ensure the nerves are sending messages to your organs and muscles. This final component is critical to keep your energy levels high. Chiropractic is more than managing your pain. It’s about life!

Mandatory Face Masks
Following local bylaws and building requirements – we are asking all patients to wear a face mask when you come to our office for your appointments. We need your help to keep everyone safe and healthy. We are also taking steps for regular cleaning of adjusting tables after every patient visit as well as regular cleaning of the entire office.

As always:
a) if you have any fever, cough or cold or think you may have been exposed to someone with COVID – please cancel your appointment and wait 14 days. Contact your family doctor to decide on the best course of action.
b) if you are being tested for COVID wait for the results before booking your next appointment. If the results are negative you should be fine. If the results are positive you must stay home for at least 14 days. Again contact your family doctor.
c) in the office keep space between yourself and other patients of 6 feet.
d) If you need a receipt or statement they will be emailed to you after the shift. Let us know if you need a statement every 2 weeks or
