Posture is critical for overall health and well-being.

And there is so much you can do to help your posture!

Posture is huge and impacts:

1. How much pain you have in your body.

2. Your thinking.

3. Your breathing.

4. Your digestion.

5. Your energy.

In this video, I show some simple stretches to help with your posture that are

short and sweet, and you can easily do at your desk.

Remember if you work on a computer:

stretch every hour if possible
a bare minimum is twice a day
working on your posture today – will help your posture in the future
neglecting to take care of your posture can lead to long-term health problems
