Intensity. A very powerful word.

And my question to you is how is your intensity?

Of course, this applies to all of your life but in this article let’s focus on your health.

Are you intense about your health?

Are you doing things for your health with intensity or just checking them off the list? So just imagine the difference between being intense about your healthcare versus being relaxed.

Listen to these two different patient comments:

Patient #1 – Life is just too crazy right now. I will try to come next week for my Chiropractic appointment – if I have the time. I stretch at least 2-3 times a week so I should be ok. I drink a few glasses of water daily. I eat one piece of fruit with my tea in the morning. Strange. I barely have time for my deep breathing exercises. I’m so confused. Why am I not getting results? I feel like I do everything.

Patient #2 – Life is just too crazy right now. But that’s exactly why I need to get healthy. Something has to change. I booked my appointments 2x/week for Chiropractic adjustments. I know it will take time since I’ve been suffering for a while. Just like losing weight takes time – so does the body recovering. Plus I want a long-term natural solution. Not just a temporary fix. My water intake is much better since I’ve dropped my other beverages. I am so happy I’m eating more greens – and the stretches and deep breathing are now just becoming a regular part of my routine. I had to watch less TV and go to bed earlier – but I’m already seeing some good changes. The pain is getting less – and my energy is really starting to improve. I realize this is a marathon and not a sprint. I also realize Dr. Sandy is like my coach – but I gotta put in the work to see real changes.

So I have 3 questions for you:

Which patient is more intense?
Which patient is going to get better results?
Which patient are you?

God Bless you.

Feel Powerful.
