New Year Challenge #1 Diet

So for years, I have been teaching my patients to start getting ready for Jan 1st in December. Why?

Because by Jan 1st it’s too late. You already feel behind and your chance of success goes down.

Use the next week and month to focus on the best foods for 2023. Ask yourself these questions. And be brutally honest.

1. Do I ever skip meals?

2. Are most of my meals healthy?

3. How’s my water intake?

4. How’s my alcohol intake?

5. If I smoke – am I trying to cut back?

6. Do I eat enough greens?

7. Do I eat enough fruit?

8. Do I take supplements?

9. Am I getting enough high-quality protein, carbs and fats?

10. Do I have a meal plan in place?

11. Is there too much junk food in my house?

12. Is there a better-quality grocery store I should be shopping at?

So use this week to really reflect on these questions. Of course, you can start making changes immediately and you don’t have to wait until Jan.1. But by Jan.1 you should be ready to go with your new diet. I really want 2023 to be a great year for you and your family to eat well. Your life depends on it.
