What to eat?
Ask 100 people and you’ll probably get 100 different answers. Below are my Top 10 Food Recommendations to keep your body and nerve system healthy.
1. Eat as much real food as possible. Avoid processed food.
2. Eat lots of greens.
3. Eat some fruits.
4. Nuts are good for you. (As long as you don’t have allergies.)
5. Eat some high-quality protein.
6. Grains and dairy should be minimal.
7. Avoid caffeine, sugar and alcohol. These categories are treats.
8. If you drink anything – try to make sure it’s mostly water.
9. Eat small portions and healthy snacks throughout the day.
10. Do the best you can and strive for excellence, not perfection.
I’m currently studying a great book called the Pegan Diet and highly recommend it. It’s a mix of Paleo and Vegan Diets and is written by Dr. Mark Hyman. This book is great and I give it one of my highest recommendations. It really falls in line with what we teach our patients in our office.
Of course, if you are on a special diet recommended by your medical doctor please talk to your doctor before making any changes. But I imagine most doctors would support a more natural diet. Also, integrate these concepts with your current lifestyle. Step 1 might be cutting back on caffeine. Or eating more greens. Or just increasing your water intake. Remember – baby steps.

Mandatory Face Masks
Following local bylaws and building requirements – we are asking all patients to wear a face mask when you come to our office for your appointments. We need your help to keep everyone safe and healthy. We are also taking steps for regular cleaning of adjusting tables after every patient visit as well as regular cleaning of the entire office.

As always:
a) if you have any fever, cough or cold please cancel your appointment and wait 14 days to let your symptoms pass. Contact your family doctor to decide on the best course of action.
b) if you are being tested for COVID wait for the results before booking your next appointment. If the results are negative you should be fine. If the results are positive you must stay home for at least 14 days. Again contact your family doctor.
c) in the office keep space between yourself and other patients of 6 feet.
d) If you need a receipt or statement they will be emailed to you after the shift. Let us know if you need a statement every 2 weeks or
